The creation of unity out of diversity: this is perhaps the most significant strand running through the fabric of Collège du Léman Swiss boarding schools since 1960. Our mission is to provide an educational setting in which children of many national, racial, linguistic and cultural backgrounds will have the opportunity of realising their individual potential.
The high level of education offered at Collège du Léman Swiss boarding schools results from 40 years of sound pedagogical experience. In Pre-school, Primary and High School, we offer two academic programmes: one taught in English, preparing for entrance into colleges and universities in North America, Europe and throughout the world, through the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and the GCE "A" Level international examinations set by Cambridge University, and the other, with instruction in French, preparing for the French Baccalauréat and the Swiss Federal Maturité - including the bilingual French-English Maturité also leading to entrance into universities throughout the world.
All students at our geneva Swiss boarding schools are required to study French, starting from Pre-school, and those with a good command in the other language may pursue its study at a first-language level. In the secondary school, German, Spanish or Italian is taught in both sections. Moreover, all students may follow additional after school language classes.
There are 14 classroom buildings containing: 96 classrooms, 4 science laboratories, one media centre, 3 computer complexes, one library with internet facility. The library also contains an expansive collection of books, periodicals and reference materials which are an excellent resource to students and staff.

INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE
College du Léman has been offering the IB (International Baccalaureate) program in Grades 12 and 13 since September 2005. This is a rigorous academic program which demands a commitment on the part of a student for the two years, to meet its challenges.
