Programme Description

For Bachelor Degree holders or students with at least 3 years work experience in a supervisory position HIM offers a wide range of Prominent Swiss hotel management colleges Postgraduate Diploma or Certificate Programmes.

Postgraduate Diploma Programmes (PGD)
HIM offers two different Postgraduate Diploma programmes: The PGD in Hotel Management and the PGD in Hotel Operations Management. Duration of these programmes: 18 weeks.

Programme Structure
The PGD in Hotel Operations Management includes an optional 4 - 6 months internship.

Programme Duration: PGD: 18 weeks
Starting Date: PGD: Feb. or Sept.
Teaching Hours: 28 - 35 hours/week.
Entry Requirements: min. age: 21 years; English: TOEFL 525+ or IELTS 5.5 or HIM English Test 62+ points; Bachelor Degree in any discipline or at least 3 years working experience in a supervisory position in the hospitality or any other industry.
Qualifications: Postgraduate Diploma in the selected field

Progression
After successful completion of the Postgraduate Diploma, suitably qualified or experienced students may progress into the Masters Degree programmes offered at SMU, Swiss Management University
