A Sunny, Well-Equipped Campus

On campus, students benefit from the luxury of having “all in one,” since their dorm rooms, study areas, classrooms, leisure facilities, cooking and eating areas, computer facilities, reading rooms wireless internet connections and laundry facilities are all located in the same building; Leysin’s Grand Hôtel with its Grand Salon, elegant wooden dining room and expansive balconies which previously housed the elite of Dr. Rollier’s patients undergoing heliotherapy (a sun cure), in the early 1900’s. Since Leysin is almost a mile high on the south of the mountain, bright sunshine floods the university with light from early in the morning over long periods of the day, while fresh, clean mountain air mixes with the sun pouring through the open French windows from students’ balconies to create an unbeatably healthy atmosphere for both studies and sport.
